Little Mario's Survival Guide

This is another eCard that we made for Grandpa Wolters. Little Mario is quite the little actor. Enjoy!

eCards

We are no good at remembering to send birthday cards in our family. So we found a way of creating personalized "eCards", or that's what we call them. We think it is more personal and we have up until the day of the birthday to send it off via email! So here is one that we sent to Grandma. We wanted to show you our work, plus it's a great update of the kids!

Swimming and Bathing

Little Mario and I were out in the backyard. I was working on a project for church and little Mario was playing.  We were working on potty training so he was in his underwear. I was letting him run around while I worked. He was playing in his pool, which I thought was empty. Well, it wasn't, it had rained a couple times in the last few days and was now 1/2 full of water! I thought, "Oh, well!" and kept working. So Mario got to swim in his underwear and I finished my work.

After his swimming outside we came in the house. Hannah was awake from her nap by then so I had them take a bath together. Little Mario and I had fun making shampoo hair-dos.  This was our favorite one, so we took pictures. Silly boy!

Little Mario is learning lots of new words. Some he doesn't exactly say correctly. He used to call chocolate "choco-nut". He eventually learns to say it right. This is our recent favorite mispronounced word: Helicopter.

Our July Fourth

We had a good July 4th. We went to our ward's July 4th breakfast in the morning. That was fun, little Mario and Hannah got some flags that we took pictures with later. We had some friends over for dinner. We had a BBQ and homemade apple pie for dessert. Then we went outside and did sparklers. Little Mario was doing one and a spark fell and burned his little foot. Poor guy! But he's doing much better today. 

As you can see Hannah really enjoyed waving her flag! We got some really cute shots of her. She just loves having her picture taken!
