Another New Haircut!

So since we went and got our haircut, little Mario thought that that was a pretty cool thing to do. So today he thought that he would try is hand at hair cutting. I was packing for our trip and the kids are being really quiet so I turn around and Mario is cutting a chunk out of Hannah's hair!!!!! I scream and send Mario to time out so I don't hurt him.... it's the safest spot when mom is mad! LOL! Then I check out the damage. It's not too bad, he just got one cut, but it's right one the TOP!! So now when I pull her hair into the cute pig tails there will be this nasty chunk that won't go anywhere because it's too short!!!! Here's Hannah with her new new hair cut.

Once I got over being mad about it, I was able to take some funny pictures of the experience. While taking this picture I was saying, "Just pretend, don't you DARE cut it!!"

Here's my little devil if this picture could talk you would her him saying, "Muah ha ha ha ha!"

Hopefully this will be the last incident like this!

New Hair Cuts!

We got new hair cuts yesterday by the fabulous Emilie Nixon. Thanks so much Emilie!! She let me take lots of pictures, since this was Hannah's first haircut, plus it was just fun! Here's my Hannah with her bangs all in her face before:

"No, Mama, No! Hold me, I don't want to get my hair cut!" Mom: "Here Hannah have some skittles and hold still." And she did.

One cut later, she is happy and beautiful! She so much more put together now!!

Here's little Mario pre-hair cut. He was so patient. He wanted to go play with the toys some more.
Like his little rat tail he's going starting back here.

When she started Mario asked, "Are you cutting me?" To which Emilie replied, "If I was cutting you, it would hurt A LOT! I'm just cutting your hair, see." Holding up hair to show him. "Oh, okay," he said, "are you done now?" LOL!

He shied away form the clippers, what a funny sound!!

All done! So much better!

No more rat tail!

Mommy's turn!

Much better, but not too much different. I still like it long.

On to other things, Little Mario is learning how to draw. "It's a monster." He told me.

Hannah wanted to get into the drawing too. She likes to put her feet up on the board when she draws.

Such concentration!

Also, We are taking our family to Disney World!! My brother, Ric and his wife Emilee and two kids, Blake and Leila are coming down to florida to meet us and we are going to spend 9 days hanging out and going to Disney World! It will be fun to spend time together as a family and visit some of the places I used to work and live. We will be gone for 2 weeks, since Mario's family lives down there we are excited to see them and spend some time with them also! Can't wait!

That's all for now!

Easter at the Correa's

The Easter Bunny comes to our House on Saturday because we like to separate the "bunny" festivities from the sacredness of the try meaning of Easter. So easter morning my kids got up at the normal time, thankfully, and discovered their Easter baskets. Then they saw that their eggs were gone! Hannah seemed a little confused! But they soon saw that they were outside so we went outside to find them all. They did a great job, enjoy these pictures and a video of the festivities!

On Sunday we got all dressed up and headed out for church. Hannah's outfit was complete with homemade bows that I made, but of course she took them out in the car and one of them was never found, so here is Hannah in her Easter clothes, bow-less:

I LOVE Hannah's hair! The little ringlets are sooo cute to me!

My handsome boy, he's getting so big!

Please don't laugh at my ghetto backyard, we haven't gotten it cleaned up for the summer yet! (Oh yeah, that chair is one of our dining room chairs, they are one by one falling apart and breaking. LOL!)

A Trip to Atlanta

The kids and I spent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Atlanta with my best friend Alicia and her family. Her awesome husband watched the kids for us on Tuesday night so that we could go on a girls' night. We had dinner, did some "shopping" and then ended the night with some drinks at Olive Garden... virgin, of course.

The kids really enjoyed playing together. Little Mario is always excited to go see Bryson and McKenna because they have "Team Geo Trains!" He plays with them all day long, it's so easy to watch him when he is at their house. He are the kids having lunch on the last day:

This is Hannah trying to decided which camera to look at. LOL!

They have a awesome playhouse in the back yard. The kids loved going out and playing in it. The weather was crazy while we were there. One day is snowed and the next we were out in short sleeve shirts! Crazy global warming!

Hannah really enjoyed playing in the dirt. She thought it would be fun to help the plant grow.

This is looking down from the back porch into the back yard, "Hello down there!"

Our cute kids:

We had a really great time and can't wait to see them again! Thanks for the fun weekend, Alicia!
